Please note this template is partly filled with DEM information for Elementary Cycle 1/2. You need to update that as per your child's requirements.
This Google Docs file is accessible online, and stored to your Google Drive.
It can easily be downloaded as a pdf. To download as a pdf, after you have filled in your portfolio, simply go to File - Download - PDF document. Then your file is ready to be submitted to the DEM.
It is already formatted and contains a total of 17 pages. It is very easy to add another page with the formatted table - simply select the table, right click and select copy, and then paste it. If the table carries over to the next page, just adjust the table length by dragging the horizontal table border up.
It contains 3 pages for each subject, and there is place in the table to insert your picture of child's work, as per the requirement of minimum 3 samples of work click here per each subject.
I've separated the DEM guidelines and put them into a separate document in Google Docs. You will see the link to the file from the download file you receive after you purchase the product. I find it easier and quicker to fill the portfolio with the "DEM guidelines" file open, for quick reference and/or to copy phrases from.
